The State of West Bengal None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 21.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. This revision is preferred by the petitioner to seek an order of transfer of G.R. Case No. 2161 of 2010 arising out of Sandeshkhali Police Station Case No. 301 dated 8th November, 2010 under Sections 143/325/354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 presently pending before the learned Court of 2nd Additional Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC-1), Basirhat for holding analogous trial. As the grounds of transfer, the facts and circumstances have been pleaded to be not conducive to fair trial at the Court where the matter is now pending.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioners I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 739 of 2015 is dismissed.
