1. This is an application for correction of the order dated 02.05.2025 as passed by this Court in connection with WPA 7827 of 2025.

2. By filing the instant interlocutory application it has been contended by the writ petitioners that due to bona fide mistake in the writ petition, the plot number of the writ petitioners have been typed as "1009/1273" instead of actual plot number "1009/1270".

3. It is further submitted that on account of such typographical error in the writ petition in paragraph 5 of the order dated 02.05.2025, the plot number "1009/1273" has been typed instead of actual plot number "1007/1270".

4. Learned advocate for the writ petitioners submits before this Court that on account of such

unintentional mistake, necessary correction be made in paragraph no.5 of the order dated 02.05.2025.

5. On careful perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court including the annexures to the instant interlocutory application being CAN 1 of 2025, this Court finds sufficient merits in CAN 1 of 2025.

6. Accordingly, in the fifth line of paragraph 5 at page no.2 of the order dated 02.05.2025 after the words plot number, the figures "1009/1273" be deleted and in its place the following figures be inserted "1009/1270".

7. Necessary correction in this regard is made by me in Court today.

8. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 02.05.2025.

9. With the aforementioned observations, CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Before parting with, this Court further directs the respondent no.4 authority of the instant writ petition to consider the instant order for correction at the time of consideration of the representation of the writ petitioners as has been directed by this Court vide order dated 02.05.2025.
