D.Hira Record has been revealed that on 13th December, 2022 the petitioner was represented before this Court and not since thereafter. The revision case is an old one pertaining to the year 2015. The record is pending in the list since 21st November, 2022. Considering the facts and circumstances, the case is taken up for disposal on merit. No one is representing the opposite parties either. In this case the petitioner has challenged the order dated 19th December, 2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Malda of framing of charge against the petitioner under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The connected G.R. Case no. 719 of 2006.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 740 of 2015 is dismissed. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
