The process of videography is complete. Report reflects that certification has been done in respect of the 423 items which were seized along with 13 items which were kept as sample at the Malkhana of Domjur Police Station. So far as the 423 seized items are concerned, the petitioner would use the same in its regular course of business. So far as the 13 samples, which are at the Malkhana of Domjur PS, the Inspector-in-Charge, Domjur PS on simple receipt of items will release the said samples. The petitioner would also be at liberty to use the said samples in course of its usual business. In future, if any clarification is required by a court of law the videography which has been made and the pen drive which has been prepared with certification be produced before the concerned court for the

purposes of any supporting evidence in any trial or appeal. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1383 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
