REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 1036 of 2024 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Domkal Police Station Case No. 662 of 2023 dated 27.09.2023 under Sections 25(1B)(a)/25(6)/25(8)/35 of the Arms Act.

And In Re : Enaful Mondal ...... petitioner Mr. Jisan Iqbal Hossain ...for the petitioner Mr. Imran Ali Mr. Arup Sarkar .... For the State Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner is involved in manufacturing and selling of illegal firearms. Role of the petitioner requires investigation. Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The application being CRM (A) 1036 of 2024 is dismissed.
