In view of the admitted position that the petitioner 30-04-2025 Ct. 8 underwent PTTI Training Certificate Course in the year 2005-06 and the petitioner can be treated as trained candidate on acquisition of the said qualification, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

2. The appeal and the application are, accordingly, dismissed.
