Mr. Tulsi Das Maiti Ms. Namita Basu ...for the petitioners Mr. Bishnupada Jana ...for the State The petitioners pray for arrear pension for conversion of their account from CPF to GPF. They have been given pension from the date of deposit of the entire money which was paid to them against their CPF. But the pension is given only from date of refund of money. They are entitled to get pension from the date following their date of retirement. Therefore, arrear pension should be given within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. However, the petitioners have submitted that They do not want any interest of the arrear pension amount. With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
