This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 82 of 2010 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Baruipur, 24-Parganas (South) along with an application for amendment of plaint under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 as well as for conclusion of evidence of the handwriting expert in the said suit.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the

material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Baruipur, 24Parganas (South) to dispose of the application for amendment of plaint under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code read with Section 151 of the Code as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The learned Trial Court is further requested to ensure that the evidence of the handwriting expert is concluded as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit. 5.

Since the suit pertains to the year 2010, the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed.

C.O. 1175 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
