This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Matrimonial Suit No.699 of 2025 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.1, Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite party is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the materials

on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.1, Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of Matrimonial Suit No.699 of 2025 as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and, if possible, by fixing reasonable dates. 4.

The instant revisional application being CO 1176 of 2026 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
