Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that a raid was conducted at the locale. The son of the petitioner was found missing. He submits that on enquiry the police learnt that the son was not residing with the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that so far as the police complaint involved in the writ petitioner is concerned, the same was investigated into and charge-sheet submitted.

In such circumstances, the police having concluded the investigation in respect of the complaint which is the subject matter of the writ petition, and having filed the charge-sheet in respect thereto, no further interference is called for.

I.A. No.: CAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. : CAN 3726 of 2020) along with W.P.A. 5754 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
