1. The petitioner is co-operating in the investigation.

2. Since the Counsel for the State has already indicated to this Court that they do not need him in custody, no coercive measures shall be taken against the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the investigation of the subject FIR may be completed strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from date.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
