In view of the order passed in WPA 8799 of 2021, no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition as the allegation in both the writ petitions are in relation to the alleged unauthorised construction of the building at Premises No.53/3/C, Rabindra Sarani, Post Office and Police Station Liluah. However, the petitioner/complaint shall be allowed to participate in the inspection and the hearing to be initiated as per the direction of this Court in WPA 8799 of 2021.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
