Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and a prosecution under Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code was submitted so far as the order passed under Section 144(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code in MP Case No. 297 of 2020 concerned, the police are complying with the same. The police conducted an enquiry and submited a report before the Court on February 25, 2020. In the facts of the present case, since the police acted on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, made an enquiry and submitted a prosecution under Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code and the

police submitted a report as called for by the Magistrate under Section 144(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, no further interference is called for. W.P.A. 8802 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
