The order dated 30th April, 2024 has been placed by the Registry for correction.

In the cause title, the expression 'WPA 8502 of 2023' shall stand corrected to read as 'WPA 8502 of 2024'.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 30th April, 2024.

4.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

5.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
