The principal accused appears to be the husband of the victim. It is submitted that he was granted bail on 4th of April, 2020. Learned Counsel for the State submits that there are no allegations against the petitioners being two brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law of the deceased, in the suicide note. For the above reasons and also for the reasons that no steps have been taken against the petitioners by the police since 1st January, 2020, we allow this application for anticipatory bail. In the event of arrest, the petitioners will be released upon furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each together with personal release bond of equivalent value to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

The petitioners shall also comply with the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
