It is submitted by Mr. Adhikari, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no.4 that no construction has been raised by the said respondent after the order of injunction was passed. There is already an order of injunction passed by the learned civil court and the learned civil court has further directed the Inspector-in-Charge, Rahara Police Station to ensure implementation of the order of injunction dated February 22, 2022 passed in Title Suit No.157 of 2022. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the authorities of Rahara Police Station, to ensure that the order of the learned civil court is complied with and the injunction order is not violated. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
