It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that the proceeding before the Building Tribunal under the KMC Act, has been concluded yesterday (07.05.2025) and orders have been reserved. 2.

In that view of the matter, it is submitted that the appeal has become infructuous.

Hence, MAT 502 of 2025 with CAN 1 of 2025 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
