The petitioner has sought for transfer on serious Gynecological disease but she has only disclosed outpatient ticket of Pingla Rural Hospital and Jalchak Primary Health Centre and she has also disclosed one private practitioner certificate.

None of these are accepted by this court. The school of the petitioner should take steps for sending her to the Chief Medical Officer of Health for thorough examination and after receiving the report from the Chief Medical Officer of Health the school will take a decision.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
