This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No. 335 of 2016 pending before the learned District Judge at Alipore, South 24-Parganas.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite party is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and having perused the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned District Judge at Alipore, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the Misc. Case No. 335 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four

months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 1179 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
