Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is unable to assist the Court as to the relationship between the petitioner and the person in whose name the mobile phone supplied by the petitioner, if there be any.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in view of the fact that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restriction under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (NDPS) 422 of 2022 is dismissed.
