The learned counsel representing the writ petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the writ petitioners have released the retiral benefits after they got to know the order passed on 8th August, 2019 in F.A 95 of 2018.

The main order of the Tribunal is not under challenge before us.

Mr.

Probal Kumar Mukherjee, learned counsel representing the respondent no. 7 has also submitted that since all admissible dues have not been paid to them, a contempt application has been filed and the same is pending before the Tribunal.

Since the contempt application is pending before the Ld. Tribunal, we are not inclined to go into that issue.

WPCT 30 of 2019 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
