When this revisional application is taken up for hearing, no one appears for the parties and no accommodation is sought either.

Previously, the matter was called on when no one appeared for the petitioner. It further appears from the order dated 7th January, 2021 that the matter was adjourned since service upon the opposite party was not complete and direction was given upon the learned advocate representing the petitioner to serve notice upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the trial court. Today, since no one is representing the petitioner, Court is not in a position to ascertain whether the service upon the opposite parties has been made in terms of the previous order dated 7th January, 2021.

Hence, the civil revisional application stands dismissed for default.
