BD Sri Raj Kumar Dutta -vsSri Amiya Mukherjee At the time of call no one appears for the applicant and no accommodation is sought for. Same situation prevailed on 23rd September, 2022.

It appears that the applicant has lost interest in the fate of the contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt application stands dismissed and the contempt proceedings stand discharged.

It requires to be mentioned here that this Court by passing order dated 6th September, 2022 released the said contempt application under the impression that this Court does not have the determination to take up the contempt application. Subsequently on being informed that this Court is having determination to take up contempt application which was filed in the year 2010, directed the matter to be listed.
