In the order dated 25.06.2026 the second paragraph of Bpg.

second page reflects as "Having regard to the stage of the case and the fact that the seizure list witnesses are yet to be examined, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail". The same has inadvertently missed the word "not".

Accordingly, the second paragraph of second page of the order dated 25.06.2026 should be read as "Having regard to the stage of the case and the fact that the seizure list witnesses are yet to be examined, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail." Let this order be treated to be a part and parcel of the order dated 25.06.2026.

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections.
