The present writ petition of the year 2011 has been preferred by the petitioner praying for necessary directions upon the respondents to release and disburse the pensionary benefits including arrears from the date of compulsory retirement i.e. 19th May, 2005.

There is no representation on behalf of either side since the date of hearing.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. WPA 6562 of 2011 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
