He submits there is delay in trial. He prays for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Trial is in progress. 10 witnesses have already been examined. There are materials implicating the petitioner in the murder. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
