Re: I.A. No. CAN 3 of 2022 This is an application filed by the petitioner praying dismissal of the present revisional application for non-prosecution.

Mr. Anirban Dey, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that in view of the settlement of dispute between the parties, the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the present revisional application.

C.O. 1166 of 2019 is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

The application being I.A. No. CAN 3 of 2022 is thus disposed of.

The pending application being I.A. No. CAN 4 of 2022 is also disposed of accordingly.
