Petitioner has approached this Court repeatedly. 28.04.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.28 Rakib Initially she filed an application being WPA 27877 of 2024 wherein there was a direction upon the Anti Cheating/Anti Fraud Cell of CID, West Bengal, Bhawani Bhawan, Calcutta to investigate. Subsequently, another writ petition was preferred being WPA 27789 of 2024 before a Coordinate Bench. The Coordinate Bench was also pleased to dispose of the said writ petition. Another writ petition has been filed being WPA 7856 of 2025. Action Taken Report has been submitted by the State which reflects that CID, West Bengal has been in the process of collection of materials.

Considering the same, I do not find at this stage to interfere with any of the prayers made in the writ petition in such close proximity of time.

Accordingly, WPA 7856 of 2025 is dismissed.

Action Taken Report so filed by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
