No other issue is raised requiring address by this Court.

Admittedly, the suit was instituted in the year 2008. The petitioner/defendant has already furnished her written statement. After the submission of the written statements, issues have been framed particularly with respect to the maintainability of the suit, and such issue has not yet been decided resulting in serious prejudice to the petitioner.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.228 of 2008, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite parties and opposite parties.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
