The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Garfa Police Station in dealing with his complaint dated 25.02.2022. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner against the private respondent is non-payment of money allegedly lent in advance.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P.C.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
