Mr. Nilanjan Adhikari, ...for the petitioners. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Additional Court, Sealdah, South 24Parganas to dispose of the Ejectment Suit No.39 of 2019, expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge.

From the order-sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that March 28, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the petition for framing of issues.

The learned advocate for the petitioners, in his usual fairness, submits that the issues have already

been framed and 23rd July, 2025, has been fixed for hearing.

In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, C.O. No.1209 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Additional Court, Sealdah, South 24-Parganas, to make an endeavour to dispose of the Ejectment Suit No.39 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
