... petitioners The crux of the revisional application reflects that the petitioners were aggrieved by the order of Warrant of Arrest issued by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia. At the time of admission of the revisional application on 11.04.2012, a coordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to pass necessary order in respect of the Warrant of Arrest so issued. I find that no further order is required to be passed in respect of the Warrant of Arrest so issued by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, as the time period/schedule for surrender as also for non-compliance of the order is reflected in the order dated 11.4.2012.

So far as the proceedings are concerned, the challenge in the revisional application is on the issue of question of facts which cannot be interfered at this stage.

Accordingly, C.R.R.1105 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
