Re: CPAN 190 of 2023 The applicants/petitioners are not represented. The alleged contemnors are represented by Ms. Paramita Pal, learned advocate. She submits that Ms. Chama Mookerji, learned advocate, who was representing the alleged contemnors as her leader in the matter, is no more in the panel of advocates to represent the State Government and, as such, prays for two weeks adjournment to engage another senior from the present panel.
