1. By way of this public interest litigation the petitioner alleges that there is unauthorized occupation in the government land.

2. In this regard, a representation has been given to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and SubDivisional Officer, Kakdwip dated 19.03.2024 and the said representation has not been considered.

3. Since the writ petition is disposed of without calling for any affidavit, the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner in the writ petition are not gone into.

4. Therefore, we direct the 3rd respondent, namely, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and SubDivisional Officer, Kakdwip to consider the representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

5. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order and submit the same by appearing in person in the office of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and SubDivisional Officer, Kakdwip.

6. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
