Mukherjee Ms. Faria Hossain Ms. Sonali Das .....For the State Ms. Sonali Das, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the judgment dated 04.08.2021 was recorded in connection with case number, C.R.A. 213 of 2018. But, there is an inadvertent typographical mistake crept in respect of the case number which has been wrongly written as 'C.R.R. 213 of 2018' instead of 'C.R.A. 213 of 2018'.

Let the case number be corrected as C.R.A. 213 of 2018. The order dated 04.08.2021 is modified to the above extent only. This order be read as part of the order dated 04.08.2021. The other portion of the said order shall remain the same. Let a copy of this order be displayed in the server. (Shivakant Prasad, J.)
