In Re: R.V.W. No. 68 of 2022 Mr. Chatterjee, Counsel for the petitioner, submits that his client does not wish to press the review application any further.

Hence, R.V.W. No. 68 of 2022 shall stand dismissed as not pressed.

In Re: CAN 1 of 2022 In so far as CAN 1 of 2022 is concerned, Mr.

Chatterjee submits that his client only wishes to visit

the flat in question to take back some of her personal belongings.

The petitioner is entitled to do so on a date, to be fixed in advance by the Investigating Officer of the case, Eco Park Police Station, Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate.

The petitioner may remove her articles that she may identify and claim as her own. However, if the ownership of any articles is disputed by the daughterin-law, the said removal of such articles shall be subject to the result of the proceedings before the Civil Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant application being CAN 1 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
