The revisional application is not maintainable. The remedy of the petitioners would be before the learned West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

As the petitioners were pursuing their remedy before a wrong forum, the benefit of the provisions of law shall be available to the petitioners if they approach the competent forum, in accordance with law.

The revisional application is, thus, dismissed. The petitioners are at liberty to take back the certified copy of the order impugned, upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
