2. The petitioner challenges an action of a respondent authority inducting the private respondents as members of the co-operative society and the mutation thereof.

3. Ms. Susmita Dey Basu appearing for the petitioner has accepted that the disputes are private in nature between the parties.

There is an alternative and efficacious forum available to the petitioner under

Section 102 of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 2006.

4. In view thereof, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach such forum. The Writ Petition, WPA 7813 of 2025 is accordingly disposed off.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
