Report reflects that the present petitioner one Amritangshu Mishra has expired in the meantime and to that effect, a death certificate has been enclosed along with the report. Let the report be kept with the record along with the enclosure.

In view of the aforesaid, the revisional application has lost its force, as such, the same is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
