Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that as the representation which was submitted with the Officer-in-Charge, Nowda Police Station was not acted upon. On the basis of such representation, Nowda Police Station Case No. 26 of 2023 dated 21.01.2023 was registered for investigation.

Subsequently another case being Nowda Police Station Case No. 85 of 2023 dated 14.03.2023 was also registered for investigation. Charge-sheet was submitted in respect of the investigation so commenced by Nowda Police Station.

Having regard to the fact that the report submitted by the State is elaborate on the issue and on enquiry it was found that there is no obstruction in the pathway to the ingress and egress of the petitioner, I am of the view that at this stage, no interference is called for. If the petitioner still faces the same inconvenience, he would inform

the concerned police station afresh. The police authorities would consider such representation in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 7891 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
