Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that other accused persons have been granted bail. Petitioners are similarly situated as the other accused persons who have been granted bail. Petitioners are in custody for 122 days.
Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail.
I have taken into account the earlier orders passed by this Court and the period of detention of the present petitioners. Having considered the same, the present petitioners viz., 1. Sekh Nokul @ Sekh Nakul @ Sekh Makul, 2. Sekh Haradhan and 3. Sekh Islam be released on bail by the learned Trial Court on the same terms and conditions as the other accused viz. Sk. Jan Ali who has been granted bail by
the Hon'ble Division Bench on 14.02.2025 in CRM (DB) 3908 of 2024.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed.
Memo of Evidence submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The application for bail, being CRM (M) 882 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
