The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings relating to Jhargram Police Station Case No.03/12 dated 04.01.2012.

Earlier, by an order dated 02.08.2021, a report was called for regarding the progress of the case. Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report prepared by the Inspector-in-Charge of Jhargram Police Station which reflects that after proper trial of the case, the case was disposed of and the petitioner was acquitted from the charges.

Let the report be kept with the record.

In view of the changed circumstances, the revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 1119 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
