Petitioner claims that the present police complaint is a counterblast.

Petitioner highlights the delay in the lodgment of the present police complaint.

Apparently, an incident of assault took place where, one of the injured suffered grievous hurt.

There is a statement of a victim claiming that she was violated.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1393 of 2023 is dismissed.
