The petitioner seeks cancellation of the interim bail granted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia, Purba Medinipur on February 6, 2024 and February 8, 2024 in connection with GR case no. 91 of 2024 on the ground that the Case Diary was not considered by the learned Magistrate while granting interim bail.

The petitioner seeks to withdraw the application and take necessary steps before the learned Magistrate with regard to extension of interim bail.

Such liberty is granted.
