It is also submitted incident occurred twenty years after marriage. He prays for bail. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Housewife was throttled to death at the matrimonial home. No credible explanation with regard to cause of death is forthcoming from the petitioner who was present at the spot. In view of the incriminating materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
