The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings in connection with the Neturia Police Station Case No. 04 of 2012 dated 08-01-2012 under Sections 414/468/471 I.P.C.

Earlier, a report which was called for from Officer-inCharge, Netruia PS, Dist-Purulia which has been submitted before this court through the learned advocate for the State. Let the report be kept with the record.

Report reflects that on 11th September, 2014, the accused persons were acquitted from the charges.

In view of the aforesaid, no interference is called for by this court.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1187 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
