This matter has come at the instance of the appellants for correction of the order dated 11th February, 2021. In the said order, while correcting the earlier order we observed that the original lease deed would be Exhibit-1 instead of Exhibit-1(A) as wrongly gone down in the earlier order dated 22nd November, 2019. However, while transcribing it appears that instead of Exhibit-1, it has gone down as Exhibit-A.

Let this correction be corrected and formed part of the order dated 22nd November, 2019.

In the earlier order dated 11th February, 2021 wherefrom it appears that there is a mention of the order dated 22nd November, 2021 but it should be read as 22nd November, 2019.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in all the orders.
