1. It is submitted that the examination of the victim of the case is completed and the examination of the mother of the victim is already also over and the petitioner is complying with the direction and filed this application to enter into the jurisdiction which is his place of residence.

2. The learned Prosecution filed a report wherefrom date is found fixed for hearing of the petitioner filed under Section 72 of the B.N.S.S. before the City Civil Court, Calcutta. The order granting bail was passed on 15th April, 2025 with certan condition. Since the petitioner complied with all the conditions imposed upon him and no other complaint has come against him regarding of non-compliance and the trial has been progressed, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer. Accordingly waived the condition, as imposed on him not to enter into the jurisdiction of the concerned police station. How ever other condition if any imposed are to be followed strictly.

3. It is made clear that if to threaten or tamper with evidence by any means, the learned trial Court will be at liberty to impose condition without referring the matter before this Court.

4. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
