No. 29 CHC Rejected C.R.M.(A) 1395 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Murshidabad Cyber Crime Police Station Case No. 23 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021 under Sections 419/420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of : Juen Hossain @ Munna @ Deowan Juhen Hossain @ Dewan Juhen Hossain ...... petitioner Mr. Tapodip Gupta ....for the petitioner Mr. Antarikhya Basu ....for the State Pass-books relating to various persons who were defrauded on the digital platform were recovered from the house belonging to the petitioner.

Complicity of the petitioner in the incident cannot be overlooked.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1395 of 2023 is rejected.
