The contempt application is disposed of upon recording of compliance. The contempt proceedings are dropped.

The applicants, however, are aggrieved by the order. According to the applicants, the findings are incorrect. It is submitted that the findings are also based on a purported report which was allegedly not handed over to the applicants.

Under such circumstances, disposal of this contempt proceeding shall not debar the applicants from approaching the panchayat authorities for supply of the report of the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer.
